Banded Herbst

Stainless steel bands are placed on the first bicuspids and first molars of the upper and lower arch. An upper Tran palatal bar and lower lingual wire are provided to stabilize the appliance. Support wire is added to the occlusal aspect o the bands to increase strength. Auxillaries such as RPE screw or arch wire tubes can be added.
